How to Cook Trout
Trout is a favorite freshwater fish for grilling, but it also bakes up beautifully at home. Here is a recipe that will turn out wonderfully every time.
Step1: Cut a piece of foil to fit your cookie sheet. Grease well with 1 Tbsp of butter.
Step2: Arrange trout on greased foil.
Step3: Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper on both sides. Dot the fish with the remaining butter.
Step4: Squeeze limes directly onto the fish.
Step5: Bake at 400 degrees F until the center is opaque, generally 10 to 15 minutes.
